🔄 Laplama.com Return & Refund Policy

At Laplama.com, we are committed to making your shopping experience safe, simple, and hassle-free. If for any reason you wish to return a product, we’re here to help — no questions asked.

 

⏳ Return Period

  • You have 7–14 days from the date of delivery to raise a return request.

  • Returns must be initiated within this period through our Return Centre.

  • Please note: Certain products marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return.

 

📝 How to Request a Return

  1. Visit the Return Centre and fill out the return form.

  2. Provide your order number, contact number, and email.

  3. Select the unused products you wish to return.

  4. Upload a photo of the products in their original condition.

  5. Submit the request and choose Return Shipping.

📧 You will receive an email confirmation once your request is submitted.
⏱️ Our team responds within 24–48 working hours to schedule a reverse pick-up.

 

📦 Return Pick-Up Instructions

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging, with tags and bill.

  • Our delivery partner will examine the items at pick-up.

  • Ensure the package is sealed in your presence and collect the Return Acknowledgement Slip.

 

💰 Refund Process

  • Refunds are initiated once the returned product is received and verified at our facility.

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds are processed back to the original payment account.

  • Cash-on-Delivery Orders: You’ll receive a secure link to provide bank details for refund initiation.

  • Processing time: 24 working hours, with funds reflecting in your account within 4–5 business days.

 

🔄 Exchange Policy

  • For exchanges, please place a new order after returning the original product.

  • Since our products are fast-moving, we recommend placing your replacement order immediately.

  • Alternatively, products purchased online can be exchanged at Laplama.com within 7 days of delivery.

 

❌ Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled by emailing us at support@laplama.com or via live chat.

  • If the order has already been shipped, simply reject the package at delivery.

  • Please note: Import duties, customs charges, or country-specific taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
